Establishing a strong foundation is key to building a successful career. The Rising STARS program focuses on targeting muscle groups responsible for improving balance and body control, particularly function core strength. We teach proper movement mechanics for running, jumping, and change of direction.  This approach improves command of the body, while more efficient movement patterns minimizes risk of injury.
