Our STARS Group Training Program prepares athletes of all abilities to play at their highest competitive level by targeting specific movement patterns found in sport, like running, jumping, and rotating, as well as push, pull, and press movements. Training methods include field turf, free weights, plyometrics, bands and medicine balls. Core strength and stability translates to all movement patterns by controlling posture and transferring power through the kinetic chain, which is the main focus of our STARS training program.
