NFL OFF-SEASON PROGRAM

Our NFL Off-Season Program is designed for professional athletes to stay on top of their game and head into the upcoming season stronger, faster, and more explosive. Our comprehensive program integrates sports medicine and sports performance training, ensuring that no expense has been spared to prepare a professional athlete to meets the demands of playing at the highest level.

Our Sports Medicine team uses advanced sport chiropractic medicine, muscle therapy, athletic trainers, and corrective exercise protocols to evaluate and ensure elite care. Our Sports Performance Training integrates the latest in scientific principles to deliver advanced resistance training, plyometrics, and high intensity field work to maintain and increase speed, power, agility, and strength. PRE-DRAFT TRAINING

This is your moment – time to give it your all. From the 40 to the vertical jumps to the drills, the STARS Pre-Draft Training program is designed to prepare you to perform at your best in front of NFL scouts and coaches. With our in-depth understanding of the testing requirements, we have created a training program to ensure our athletes excel during their combine and pro day.

The STARS Pre-Draft Training program is loaded with services and resources to prepare you for the draft.  The workouts or tailored to develop strength and explosiveness to help you test well on the bench and vert. Our speed coach Olympic sprinter Shawn Crawford will help you master techniques to run your fastest 40. We have a complete medical team with muscle therapist to provide pre and post treatment for each day of work.  In addition, we have a certified sports dietician that works with our gourmet chef to create a customized meal plan that perfect for your body and taste buds.

FITNESS/BOOTCAMPS

Led by Southern California’s premier master trainer Joni David. STARS Boot Camp offers a dynamic approach to fitness by creating a challenging workout suitable for all adults: from new mothers to ex athletes. By incorporating a hybrid of basic and athletic movements, fast tempo, and high energy, STARS Boot camp is sure to blast calories in a fun and challenging, cohesive group environment.
